Mads Reinholdt Sørensen advises on M&A, company and foundation law, financial services, compliance, and internal investigations.
Mads advises industrial and institutional enterprises, including listed and financial enterprises, private equity funds, and family offices on domestic and cross-border transactions, investments and commercial contracts, including shareholders' agreements, cooperation agreements and joint venture agreements.
