Kromann Reumert advises Swedish Humble Group on its acquisition of True Gum

Humble Group focuses particularly on sustainable Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG). The listed company has strong growth ambitions, which are realized especially through acquisitions, the latest being the acquisition of True Gum.

True Gum is a Danish manufacturer of sustainable and plastic-free chewing gum, which was established in 2017 and currently employs about 40 employees.

Kromann Reumert has assisted Humble Group with the due diligence and the preparation and negotiation of the transaction documentation. Closing is expected to be completed this year.
