We specialise in helping startups with everything from drafting of incorporation documents and shareholders’ agreements over IP strategies and hiring to incentive programmes and investments. We also have extensive experience in handling transfers and exits in relation to startups.

We have a large and dedicated team specialising in different practice areas but all with a passion for startup & venture. This ensures both breadth and depth in the team's advisory skills. We act as advisers to both startups and investors in the Danish ecosystem.

The multidisciplinary mix of skills in our team means that we have lawyers with experience and knowledge of a wide range of areas, including medtech and fintech, AI, female health, SaaS, impact, and robotics.

Our approach to the innovation environment has made us a valued adviser to different types of investors from new business angels to large venture funds, and we therefore know all aspects in the field. Many of our lawyers also act as pro bono advisers to DTU Skylab, Odense Robotics, Digital Lead and other hubs, and we make an effort to share our knowledge in media and at events, including our own events.
