Norwegian Bonheur ASA acquires 25.5 % of the shares in Danish renewables consultancy
The Norwegian listed company Bonheur ASA has acquired 25.5 % of the shares in NPP Renewables ApS operating a renewables consultancy, New Power Partners ApS, and a site logistics and accommodation provider, Site Solution Partners.
Bonheur ASA invests in companies within renewable energy, wind service and cruise industry, and NPP Renewables ApS' subsidiaries New Power Partners ApS and Site Solution Partners ApS provide services to the renewables industry.
As part of the same transaction, Natural Power Consultants acquired 25.5 % of the shares in NPP Renewables ApS, while the founders maintain ownership of 49 % of the shares.
