Jakob Hans Johansen is primarily engaged in mergers & acquisitions, private equity and other corporate matters and has extensive experience in advising businesses and financial investors on transactions in Denmark and abroad.

Jakob advises buyers and sellers of businesses right from the initial structuring of the process (via due diligence) to the drafting and negotiation of the transaction documents. He has a particular expertise within private equity and has assisted multiple leading Nordic and international funds in acquisitions, divestments and co-investments.

During recent years, Jakob has been involved in a large number of cases in which he has been assisting Danish clients in transactions outside Denmark, and where his understanding of the client's business and objectives combined with his international skills and expertise have contributed to creating value-added solutions for the clients.

Jakob has particular experience in advising on joint ventures, partnerships and other strategic alliances in Denmark and abroad, including the structuring of such alliances and the other relevant legal aspects to be considered.

In addition, being in charge of Kromann Reumert's London office, Jakob has gained a wealth of international experience and a large network of contacts.
