Our team and work method

Our life science team comprises lawyers who work in a cross-disciplinary manner and who  in addition to Life Science  specialise in IP, Trade secrets, Capital Markets, Corporate and Foundation Law, Business Transfers, Dispute Resolution, Data Protection and Competition Law.

Our team contributes actively to  the continued development of the legal area. Oliver Machholdt is a board member of the Danish Life Science Law Association (DALILA), and Nicolai Lindgreen is chairman of the board of the Danish Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (FIR) and the Danish branch of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI). Nicolaj Bording is a board member of FIR.
