Kromann Reumert has advised on the sale of Copenhagen Towers, including the Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers hotel.
The property Copenhagen Towers in Ørestaden, Copenhagen, comprises the 366-room four-star hotel Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers and approx. 44,000 sqm. of office space, including the iconic North Tower designed by renowned architects Norman Foster + Partners, an impressive indoor atrium forest as well as basement and underground parking facilities.
It has been a model process in close cooperation with the highly skilled and committed team of Solstra Capital Partners on the sell side and the experienced investors of Niam AB on the buy side, which rendered a very compact and ambitious transaction timeline achievable.
