We have extensive experience advising on securities litigation and other disputes between shareholders, investors and lenders. We handle both individual litigation and arbitration proceedings as well as class actions. Disputes typically arise in relation to, for example, prospectuses and investor presentations, articles of association, shareholders' agreements, and other corporate agreements and investment documents.

For example, we represented a notable Danish bank in the latest Supreme Court action over prospectus liability in connection with compulsory redemption of minority shareholders (2013).
