Jens Rostock-Jensen
Jens Rostock-Jensen specialises in litigation and arbitration in a broad commercial law context.
He also advises on insurance and tort law, particularly product liability, professional liability, and coverage matters.
Jens has conducted a series of pivotal and landmark cases for banks, mortgage credit institutions, and insurance companies. He was involved in the first class actions in Denmark and is also a sought-after advisor on aviation law, liability, insurance, and concessions.
