Frank Bøggild
Frank Bøggild solves complex litigation and arbitration cases.
An experienced and accomplished litigator, Frank has argued more than 250 litigation and arbitration cases, including some 30 Supreme Court cases, 110 cases before the High Courts and the Maritime and Commercial High Court, 40 arbitration cases, as well as proceedings before the Court of Justice of the European Union and the High Court of Greenland. He has also served as an arbitrator and chairman of arbitration tribunals in more than 20 Danish and international arbitration cases. The disputes concern business-related matters such as contract and purchase law, company law, M&A disputes, tort law, shareholder, management and advisor liability, public law and bankruptcy law, banking and finance law, EU and competition law as well as IT, IP and marketing law.
