Peter Hobitz Juel

Peter advises on M&A, primarily in the energy sector, working on legal due diligence in connection with acquisitions and divestments. He also advises on corporate law matters and assists in the drafting of corporate law documents, e.g. in connection with capital increases and reductions.

Lastly, Peter advises on energy law issues, particularly helping in the investigation of energy law issues, assessing the legal questions from a commercial perspective.
