Focus is increasingly on securing and optimising the existing energy supply. Efforts are also being made to reduce the climate impact of energy sources and our dependence on fossil fuels, which has boosted political and commercial commitment to green energy.

As a consequence of the detailed regulation of the energy and utilities sector, our Energy Practice Group regularly represents industry players and trade organisations in cases before, inter alia, the Danish Energy Agency, the Danish Energy Board of Appeal and the courts.

The detailed regulation of the sector also means that we maintain close contact with the authorities, in particular the Danish Energy Agency and the Danish Utility Regulator.
