Christian Lundgren specialises in Danish and international mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital markets, company law, and regulatory matters, i.a. FDI regulation and international trade.

He has advised on several landmark and trend-setting transactions in Denmark, e.g. within the telecommunications, IT and life science industries, and in the financial and industrial sectors as well.

He also frequently advises Danish businesses on acquisitions and other transactions abroad. These are often “once-in-a-lifetime transactions”, and the involvement of experienced advisers is crucial. Christian's clients include several Nasdaq C25 companies, leading Nordic and international private equity funds, and other market-leading businesses.

Christian has also advised on cases which have decisively influenced company and capital markets regulation in Denmark.

At the heart of Christian's advice lies a powerful combination of thorough knowledge of the law and an innate understanding of clients' commercial needs, aiming always to attain client targets quickly and accurately.
