Novo Holdings expands life science portfolio with strategic acquisition of Single Use Support
We are honored and pleased to have assisted Novo Holdings A/S, in collaboration with Dorda Rechtsanwälte and Linklaters, during the negotiations for acquiring a majority stake in Single Use Support GmbH.
This Austrian company, Single Use Support GmbH, is a life science tools provider that offers advanced technology solutions for the pharmaceutical production process.
Closing of the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions.
Our core team included partner Kumaran Thavarajah and senior associate Sophia Solyanyk, who focused on acquisition financing, as well as partner Christian Lundgren and director Jeanne Bønsdorff, who managed the transaction documents.
