Kromann Reumert assists in the sale of EWII Production A/S' wind turbines in Germany and Sweden
Kromann Reumert has assisted EWII Production throughout the entire process of their sale of two wind farms in Sweden and two wind farms in Germany.
The wind turbines in Sweden were sold to Rabbalshede Kraft while the wind turbines in Germany were sold to ENOVA. Post the transactions, EWII Production will focus on its other green transition activities, including its 22 wind turbines located in Denmark.
The core members of the Kromann Reumert team were Jan Hvarre, Anne Abel Hansen and Lise Thygesen Nielsen.
