Our interactive Annual Review invites you to get to know us better, whether you are a client of ours, a potential client, or perhaps a future colleague.
Togetherness and cooperation are hallmarks of the way we work at Kromann Reumert – with each other and with our clients – and we owe all of our employees a debt of gratitude for attaining our goals. 2021 was no exception. While COVID-19 continued to play a big part, it was also a year in which we proved that we work best when we work together.
Our combined Annual Review and CSR report (Communication on Progress) offer a behind-the-scenes look at our business. You will meet some of the professionals who will be helping you as a client; you will get a glimpse into some of the matters that we have been fortunate enough to help our clients with; and you will learn about the marks our work leaves on society.
We will look back on the past year, but our gaze will be set on tomorrow as well. We will take a look at some of the events that shaped 2021 for us and anticipate some of the marks we hope to make together with employees, clients and business partners in the years to come.

Kromann Reumert contributes to the humanitarian aid in Ukraine
We are releasing this Annual Review and Communication on Progress for 2021 in the month of March 2022. Already, Russia’s senseless and brutal invasion of Ukraine on 24 February 2022 has had enormous consequences for millions of people. We want to contribute to the humanitarian aid flowing to Ukraine and the people of Ukraine and have already launched a series of initiatives:
- As part of the initiative taken by the Association of Danish Law Firms and the Danish Bar and Law Society, we are offering our legal competencies to the DRC (Danish Refugee Council) and their many volunteers, giving them the possibility of consulting a lawyer about legal matters and issues (apart from the ordinary questions of asylum, etc., which the DRC handle themselves).
- We are offering, pro bono, our competencies in support of a series of initiatives taken by Lex Mundi, the world’s biggest network of independent law firms.
- We are advising, pro bono, on the creation of a charitable organization to be established for the purpose of gathering emergency aid, donations and supplies to Ukraine.
- We are financially supporting the efforts in Ukraine of our long-standing pro bono partner SOS Children's Villages.
- We currently refrain from advising Russian or Russian-controlled clients and currently decline assignments from all such clients.
