Ylva Amanda Höjer

Ylva advises domestic and international clients on transactions, contracts and regulatory matters in the life science industry. Her primary area of expertise is advice in relation to pharmaceuticals, medical equipment, biotechnology, and medicinal cannabis. Ylva also advises on general company law issues.

As a member of the Startup & Venture team, Ylva advises growth companies and venture funds in connection with investment rounds and drafting of shareholder agreements, incentive programmes and commercial contracts. Ylva is pro bono advisor to DTU Skylab and NIRAS Green Tech Hub.

In addition to her work as legal advisor, Ylva also serves as Kromann Reumert’s knowledge ambassador in the field of life science. As such, Ylva is responsible for promoting the sharing of knowledge of the field, both internally within the organisation and with the outside world.
