Victoria Peytz specialises in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity, and corporate law.
Victoria advises Danish and international clients on all aspects of M&A, including structuring of the transaction process, legal due diligence, W&I insurance, and negotiation and drafting of transaction documentation.
Victoria has particular knowledge of, and focus on, private equity investments, and she advises investors and start-ups on venture capital, growth investments and exits.
In addition, Victoria provides advice on all corporate law matters, including reorganisations, corporate compliance and governance, shareholders agreements, and solvent liquidation.
