The Danish private equity firm Blue Equity has divested BPI to the Swedish industrial group Indutrade. We have advised Blue Equity in connection with the transaction.
The private equity firm Blue Equity has divested BPI - Bramming Plast-Industri A/S - to Swedish Indutrade. BPI is a leading manufacturer and provider of industrial products and technology-based foam solutions to a wide range of Danish and international customers.
Blue Equity is a leading investor in Danish SME businesses focusing on partnerships with management.
