Maja Ilsø

Maja advises on a broad range of employment and labour law matters, assisting in particular with advice and drafting of documents relating to the conclusion of employment agreements and changes to and termination of employment relationships. Maja also advises on issues relating to anti-competitive agreements, collective agreements, bonus schemes, and discrimination, including matters of equal treatment. She also assists with the drafting or changing of staff policies.

Further, Maja offers employment law due diligence and advises on employment law aspects of M&A transactions, transfers of undertakings, etc.

Maja takes a particular interest in projects involving placements, secondments and corporate immigration, including in connection with the hiring of foreign labour and the related immigration and employment law issues that may arise. In this context, Maja also assists on applications for work and residence permits and dealings with public authorities in relation to any claims or penalties resulting from the use of foreign employees and workers.

Maja also assists on litigation and arbitration proceedings relating to employment and labour law.
