Lise Thygesen Nielsen

Since 2018 Lise has been part of our renewable energy team and has assisted several clients within the renewables energy sector whereby, she has gained an in-depth understanding of the sector and the regulation of it.

Lise is an experienced drafter of and adviser on commercial contracts, e.g. WTG supply chain contracts, test services contracts, asset management agreements etc. She also has experience with FIDIC based contracts.

Lise also advices on M&A transactions, including coordination and completion of legal due diligence investigations. In particular, Lise has significant experience in M&A transactions within the wind and solar energy sectors.

Lise is one of Kromann Reumert’s knowledge ambassadors for the energy sector and is responsible for promoting the sharing of knowledge of the field, both internally within our organisation and externally.
