Kromann Reumert assists EWII in connection with the formation of a joint venture with Tokyo Gas
Kromann Reumert has assisted EWII throughout the entire process of the formation of a joint venture with Tokyo Gas. Through the new joint venture, the parties intend to develop wind and solar energy projects with the objective to develop a total of 1 GW renewable energy by 2030.
As part of the transaction, Tokyo Gas shall purchase of 50% of the shares in EWII Production A/S, which owns and operates 10 onshore wind farms in Denmark. Once the transaction is finally completed, the joint venture company shall be renamed TOWII Renewables.
