Kasper Morgenthaler Vissing

Kasper provides advice to Danish and foreign energy companies on energy regulatory requirements, especially relating to compliance with the REMIT Regulation. Kasper has gained experience with the regulatory framework in the energy sector during a secondment with Ørsted's financial regulation department where he assisted with legal advice on compliance with the prohibition against market manipulation and on market participants' reporting obligations in general.

In addition, Kasper advises clients on purchase and sale of, and investments, in companies, focusing particularly on energy sector transactions. Kasper's advisory services include conducting legal due diligence and preparing transaction documentation.

Finally, Kasper provides advice on general corporate law issues, including in relation to investment rounds as well as shareholder and management issues.
