Jesper Hvitfeldt Juul

Jesper assists Danish and international clients in the renewable energy sector and has advised on several projects and transactions, particularly within the wind industry (both onshore and offshore). Jesper is experienced within drafting and negotiation of construction and procurement contracts, including e.g. turbine supply agreements and other FIDIC based contracts, as well as other commercial contracts such as framework agreements, development agreements, power purchase agreements, etc.

He has acted as core advisor on several M&A transactions and joint venture projects, in which relation he assists clients throughout the full process. Jesper's assistance may include i.a. optimisation of transaction models, legal due diligence investigations, drafting and negotiation of transaction documents, and post-merger integration. Jesper also advises on company law, reorganisations, energy-related regulatory matters, and general commercial law.
