Emma Leth
Emma specialises in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), investments, and contract law within the energy sector.
Emma provides legal advisory and assistance to both Danish and international clients in business transfers, with a particular focus on the energy sector. She has extensive experience with the entire transaction process, including strategic planning, drafting and negotiating transaction and corporate law documents and contracts, and managing due diligence processes.
In addition to her M&A expertise, Emma advises on regulatory matters within the energy section and handles a range of commercial law issues.
Furthermore, Emma has extensive experience in procedural law, handling national and cross-border disputes.
