Amalie Paludan
Amalie Paludan advises growth businesses and investors on entrepreneurship, venture capital, commercial contracts, IT contracts and business transfers.
Amalie has a considerable knowledge of the technology industry and the Danish startup scene and advises Danish and foreign investors, tech startups from SaaS to robotics and other growth businesses on operational challenges and complex transactions. She assists in preparing, negotiating and implementing investment rounds and in drafting and advising on incentive programmes and commercial contracts.
Finally, Amalie specialises in IT contracts and major digitization projects. As a previous growth business employee handling marketing and business development assignments, she draws on those competencies in her daily work.
