Kromann Reumert appoints three new partners
Kromann Reumert welcomes Maria Holst Levin, Oliver Machholdt and Kumaran Thavarajah into the partnership with effect from 1 January 2020.
The three new partners will help Kromann Reumert set the standard in the years to come.

About the three partners
Maria Holst Levin is 36 years and joined Kromann Reumert in 2007. Maria is primarily engaged in M&A, advising Danish and international operators on complex business acquisitions, particularly within the energy industry. I 2019 she was named by Berlingske Business as one of Denmark's top 100 young business talents.
Oliver Machholdt is 35 years and joined Kromann Reumert in 2008. Oliver is primarily engaged in Life Science, advising Danish and international clients on contracts, regulatory issues and transactions concerning pharmaceuticals, medical equipment, biotech, etc.
Kumaran Thavarajah is 34 years and joined Kromann Reumert in 2015. Kumaran is primarily engaged in outbound financing and M&A. Kumaran has considerable international experience, particularly in energy transactions where he has advised on the financing of renewable energy transactions globally. Kumaran is a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England & Wales, an Attorney and Counselor-at-Law of the State of New York, and a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand.

New board of directors as of 1 January 2020
At the turn of the year, Kromann Reumert also welcomes a new board of directors.
The board of directors will consist of: Arne Møllin Ottosen (Chairman), Thomas Kaas, Christina Bruun Geertsen, Teis Gullitz-Wormslev and Christian Jul Madsen.
