DOF Group ASA expands offshore leadership with acquisition of Maersk Supply Service
We are pleased to have assisted DOF Group ASA in their recent agreement to acquire Maersk Supply Service. This strategic move further solidifies DOF Group’s position as a major integrated offshore services provider.
With a multinational workforce of approximately 4,100 personnel, DOF Group ASA is an international conglomerate that owns and operates a modern fleet of offshore/subsea vessels. Their engineering capacity serves both the offshore and subsea markets. The combined company resulting from this acquisition will rank among the largest oil services firms listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
We have partnered with Thommessen, a Norwegian law firm, on this case.
Closing of the transaction is subject to customary conditions, including regulatory approval.
