Nicolai Münster Nielsen

Nicolai advises Danish and foreign private equity and venture funds, industrial clients, financial enterprises and owner managers on buying, selling and investing in enterprises. He assists in due diligence processes and in negotiating and executing transfer, investment and shareholders’ agreements.

In addition, Nicolai provides advice on a broad spectrum of corporate matters, for example in connection with mergers, demergers and capital increases.
