Rikke Holmgaard-Poulsen
Rikke Holmgaard-Poulsen works primarily with litigation and arbitration.
Rikke represents Danish and foreign clients in litigation and arbitration proceedings and also offers general advice on commercial disputes.
Her advice spans the full cycle of the dispute from start to finish, covering i.a. legal and commercial assessment, commencement of proceedings, conducting of the case, strategic deliberations, settlement negotiations, etc.
Rikke has mainly handled cases pertaining to commercial law, the law of contract, contract interpretation, tort law, M&A and company law disputes, and disputes over professional liability.
Other than litigation and arbitration, Rikke has experience with M&A and general company law from her time working in Kromann Reumert’s M&A practice group.
