Nicoline Hermann Stilling

Nicoline has many years’ experience assisting Danish and international clients on general employment law matters, including in relation to negotiation of severance agreements, advice on non-competition covenants, and drafting of staff policies. She also has extensive experience in providing specific and general employment law advice in M&A transactions.

Nicoline takes particular interest in projects involving placements and secondments, including in connection with the hiring of foreign labour and the related immigration and employment law issues that may arise.

Nicoline has taught Danish employment law to both Danish and foreign HR employees.

In addition to her work as legal advisor, Nicoline is knowledge ambassador within immigration law. As such, she is responsible for promoting the sharing of knowledge of the field, both internally within our organisation and with the outside world.
