Anora acquires the leading wine company in Denmark
To further strengthen its position as the leading Nordic wine and spirits group, Finnish Anora has signed an agreement to acquire 100 % of Danish Globus Wine A/S. Kromann Reumert has assisted Anora in the acquisition.
Globus Wine A/S is the leading wine company in Denmark with the largest bag-in-box capacity in Northern Europe. The transaction is expected to close in the beginning of July 2022.
We have assisted Anora in the acquisition.
