Morten Adler-Nissen specialises in complex disputes and is a highly experienced litigator, representing Danish and foreign business clients and financial institutions in court and arbitration proceedings.

Morten has conducted numerous high-profile cases involving i.a. professional liability of advisers and managers, development of IT systems, shareholder claims, M&A, and insurance. He advises on the choice of litigation strategy and assists in all phases of the proceedings. As a qualified Solicitor of England & Wales and having worked in the UK, Morten also has considerable experience in handling international disputes. 

Clients appreciate his commercial approach and ability to deliver solutions that add value to their businesses. For this purpose, he takes advantage of his experience from being seconded as in-house counsel in Danske Bank’s Litigation & Enforcement department. 

Morten has furthermore been serving as acting judge in the Danish Eastern High Court and accepts appointments as arbitrator. He has thereby gained valuable experience of dispute resolution work and perspectives within litigation and arbitration.
