She routinely handles employment law matters in M&A transactions.

She has extensive experience in drafting incentive programmes and remuneration policies and in advising on the specific rules on employee representation on company boards.

In her work as an employment law adviser, Mette draws on the expertise she gained from her previous work as a company law and M&A specialist.
