Marianne Philip
Marianne specialises in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital markets, restructuring and company law, and also handles general commercial law matters. Marianne became a partner in 1987.
She advises a wide range of Danish and international industrial and financial clients in connection with the acquisition and sale of businesses, IPOs and public issues, verification processes, restructuring, and corporate governance. The core of Marianne's advice is a combination of thorough legal knowledge, insight into Danish and international market practice, and the ability to harmonise these elements within the context of each client's strategy and business case.
