Emil Carstensen

Emil provides advice to Danish and foreign capital and venture funds as well as industrial undertakings in connection with sale or purchase of, or investment in, businesses, particularly in the IT sector. He assists, inter alia, in the legal due diligence process and in the drafting of transaction documents.

He is also an experienced adviser to growth enterprises and start-ups, inter alia in connection with investment rounds, business transfers (M&A), and drafting of shareholders agreements, incentive programmes and commercial contracts.

Finally, Emil offers general company and commercial law advice. In his day-to-day work, Emil draws on the experience he gained when working with real estate, including his knowledge of tenancy law and real property transactions.
