Daniel Loft Rasmussen
Daniel Loft specialises in M&A, private equity, and company law.
Daniel assists clients, primarily Danish and foreign private equity funds and other financial investors, in transactions involving M&A, private equity, and company law.
As a result of his extensive experience in IT/technology and tax law, Daniel has a unique understanding of complicated commercial transactions and is therefore able to navigate increasingly challenging deals. Daniel's experience from Kromann Reumert's London office has given him a strong international network and perspective, making him well equipped to handle cross-border assignments.
In addition to M&A transactions, Daniel is highly specialised in establishing and administering incentive programmes that are crucial to retaining top talent and driving success in today's competitive market.
