Kromann Reumert Advises EIG on €300M Financing to Nordic Solar A/S
We have represented, in collaboration with Milbank LLP as lead counsel, EIG on a €300 million credit facility to Nordic Solar A/S with the proceeds to be used for the construction of certain solar parks in Europe and for the acquisition of new project rights to grow its pipeline.

Nordic Solar is a leading Danish solar energy company which develops, builds and operates solar parks across Europe. Today, Nordic Solar operates solar parks with a total capacity of 358 MWp across Europe and has a portfolio of development projects of almost 1.8 GW.
