Charlotte Poulsen

Charlotte is experienced in providing legal advice on commercial contracts. As a former in-house legal counsel in a global pharmaceutical company headquartered in Denmark, Charlotte is especially experienced in drafting and negotiating a wide number of commercial contracts, including service agreements, licensing agreements, collaboration agreements, consultancy agreements, material transfer agreements and various other R&D agreements.

Charlotte also advises clients on transactions and regulatory issues within the life science industry.

In addition to her legal work, Charlotte undertakes the role of Kromann Reumert's knowledge ambassador for the Life Science practice area. This means, among other things, that Charlotte is responsible for strengthening both the internal and the external knowledge sharing within Life Science.
