Andrew Poole

Andrew's experience includes the private practice in London, Paris and Copenhagen, as well as counsel at the London Court of International Arbitration and the Danish Institute of Arbitration, an LL.M. in international arbitration from Stockholm University and assistance to the judges at the UN Khmer Rouge Trials in Cambodia. Successes in private practice include a multimillion USD real estate ICC arbitration in the Middle East.

Andrew is a practising solicitor of England and Wales, a former member of the Paris bar under the then-applicable European Directive and a member of the Danish Bar and Law Society. His focus is ESG dispute resolution and is a board member of Young Arbitrators Copenhagen. He has guest lectured at universities in Brazil and Portugal and been a speaker at various arbitration events such as Nordic Arbitration Day. Publications include Danish chapters of The Law Reviews' Dispute Resolution Review and Professional Negligence Law Review.
