Amalie Meldgaard

As an insolvency adviser, Amalie primarily works with estate administration, including safeguarding the interests of secured creditors and providing bankruptcy advice.

Amalie handles bankruptcy estates from small as well as large companies in a wide variety of industries, including the wind turbine, engineering works, market garden, real property, retail and recruitment industries. She also has extensive debt recovery and litigation experience.

Amalie also has solid knowledge of employment law, advising on employment and labour law issues at both salaried employee and executive level. She assists clients in drafting and negotiating employment, severance and executive service agreements and provides assistance in connection with termination, dismissals and business transfers as well as in other transactions involving general employment law matters.
