Kromann Reumert assisted the owners of Krizo with the sale of the Danish tech start-up founded in 2016. Krizo has developed a real-time crisis response platform for global enterprises.
The transaction is one in an increasing number of venture-backed Danish tech start-up exits in the last years in which Kromann Reumert has assisted sell-side and helped organize the complex "venture" sales processes involving a wide field of different sell-side stakeholders, including e.g. founders, business angels, venture capital funds, employee warrant holders, venture debt holders and government venture funding sources.
