Solar developer BeGreen sold to Equinor
The owners of BeGreen have successfully completed the sale of the Danish solar developer to the Norwegian energy company Equinor. We have advised the owners of BeGreen.
BeGreen has developed solar farms with a total capacity of over 700 MW and has a pipeline with capacity of more than 6 GW in Denmark, Sweden and Poland.
We have acted as legal counsel to BeGreen in relation to the transaction, in particular in connection with structuring, negotiating and implementing a restructuring of BeGreen in preparation for the transaction. Accura acted as lead counsel to the sellers of BeGreen in connection with the transaction documents.
We congratulate all involved parties on completing closing of the transaction.
