New guide on ESG regulation and reporting requirements in Denmark
The 2nd Edition of the Danish chapter of the Legal 500: Environmental, Social and Governance Comparative Guide is published. We have exclusively contributed to the Danish chapter of the guide. In our chapter, we focus on the key aspects of ESG regulation and reporting requirements in Denmark, as well as the trends and developments that are influencing – and are expected to influence – the future of this field.
The ESG Comparative Guide is a comprehensive resource for anyone who wishes to gain a deeper understanding of the legal regulations and practice within ESG in different jurisdictions across the globe. It covers topics such as climate, biodiversity, water, EDI (equity, diversity and inclusion), and statutory obligations and responsibilities in this respect, and provides certain insights on the most prevalent legal issues and challenges encountered by businesses and investors in each country.
