Kromann Reumert hosts AmCham Denmark's event on engagement and performance culture
On behalf of the HR Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce, Kromann Reumert will be hosting the event "How Performance Culture Drives Engagement" on 24 May 2019.
The invited key note speakers will provide valuable insights on best practices of how to nurture a healthy culture where performance and feedback help drive commitment and productivity towards stimulating talent development at all career stages.
Speakers will include Tina Buch Olsson, Danish Chamber of Commerce on “Beyond KPI’s: Unleash Your Employees Potential” and Kenneth Ajslev, CEO, Arbejdsmiljøcentret on “The Do’s and Don’ts of Performance Management”.
Global HR Director Charlotte Lundblad of DXC Technology and partner Marianne Granhøj of Kromann Reumert will moderate the discussions.
