Kromann Reumert assists Muehlhan AG in the sale of its oil & gas activities in Denmark and UK

MDK Energy A/S (Denmark) and Muehlhan Industrial Services Ltd. (United Kingdom) provide trading and services related to the oil and gas industry, including paint, coating and surface treatment works and renting out scaffolding. Completion of the transaction is subject to Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) approval in Denmark.

This transaction implements the strategy of Muehlhan AG to focus on its core business interests, and it positions the oil and gas business with a new dynamic owner who plans to grow and further develop the business.
