Kromann Reumert assists Eurowind Energy in the acquisition of SE Blue Renewables
Kromann Reumert has assisted Eurowind Energy A/S in acquiring from PFA Pension and SE Vind (Norlys) all of the limited partnership shares in the wind energy enterprise SE Blue Renewables K/S.
Eurowind Energy thereby takes over 222 operating wind turbines with a total capacity of 184 MW. In addition, the transaction includes the Overgaard Windturbine construction project in the municipality of Randers and a number of development projects.
