Kromann Reumert appoints new directors and senior attorneys
21 attorneys have been given new job titles effective as of 1 November 2021. They have been appointed directors or senior attorneys, and the appointments increase their responsibility for contributing to Kromann Reumert's continued development as one of the leading corporate law firms in Denmark.
At Kromann Reumert we offer our employees a career in which their responsibilities will increase in line with their personal development. Accordingly, we appoint new directors and senior attorneys annually – and effective as of 1 November 2021, we have appointed nine and 12, respectively. The new job titles come with new responsibilities, including to participate in the mentoring and development of younger colleagues:
"In addition to their high-level professional qualifications, our new senior attorneys and directors have shown high management potential. In our employee development programme, we regularly scan for and strengthen this potential in order to prepare our employees for the new expectations and the responsibility for mentoring and developing their younger colleagues," says Birgitte Brix Bendtsen, Head of People & Development.
One of Kromann Reumert's new directors is Frej Vermund Skov. He says about his new role:
"In my position as a director, I will be developing my relationship with our clients and business partners, and I will become even more responsible for project management and for selecting the team and the direction for each individual case. In addition, I will be responsible for younger colleagues, and it is important for me to be a good role model for them. To be a good role model, I need to be attentive, dedicated and motivational – precisely as in my relationship with clients."
Rikke Holmgaard-Poulsen, newly appointed senior attorney, says:
"My new role involves more responsibility for training and developing my younger colleagues. That responsibility has increased gradually during the past year and is something that I look forward to focusing on even more. Kromann Reumert allows you to pursue a career at a pace and on terms that fit the structure of your private life. I myself work reduced hours and will continue to do so as a senior attorney. I highly appreciate that I – as long as my children are small – can choose to take fewer hours without affecting my career opportunities at Kromann Reumert."
