Coronavirus / COVID-19: Enhanced precautionary measures

For precautionary purposes, and responding to the official request from Danish authorities that wherever possible, private enterprises allow and enable employees to work from at home, we have decided to have all members of our staff work from at home if possible, until further notice.

We have implemented procedures and arrangements that will allow us to continue servicing our clients, offering them the same level of service that they are used to receiving from us. This is important to us and in line with the Government’s request that we all do what we can to minimise the effects on business of the new measures that are being introduced in this difficult time.

Extraordinary steps are required of us all. The situation is serious and exceptional. We on our part will do what we can to reduce the rate of infections. That is why we are heeding the Government’s recommendation. Additionally, we have regularly issued instructions to our employees that they take all necessary and appropriate precautions as per the authorities’ recommendations and our internal rules and contingency plans, all of which are updated continuously.

COVID-19 task force

Specifically targeting our clients and Danish businesses at large, we just set up a special COVID-19 task force which will be regularly issuing information within various legal areas about problems that Danish businesses will or may be faced with as a result of the COVID-19 situation.

Our reason for doing so is that as a legal knowledge firm we wish to support Danish businesses by sharing with them our expertise on the legal issues arising from COVID-19 and its consequences. Our newsletters and online news articles on the subject offer quick and easily accessible information, legal insights and updates.
