Axcel acquires NTI Group ApS
Kromann Reumert has assisted Axcel in connection with its agreement to acquire NTI Group ApS. In 2022 the company is expected to generate a revenue of approximately DKK 1.5bn.
NTI Group ApS is a leading Danish IT company and one of Europe's largest suppliers of software solutions and services.
The Kromann Reumert team has assisted Axcel with all aspects of the transaction ranging from transaction documentation, acquisition finance, due diligence, tax, FDI/merger control analysis, co-investment negotiation and management reinvestments.
The transaction is expected to close later in 2022 subject to customary regulatory approvals.
